My song in 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' is romance with almighty, says Adnan Sami

Adnan Sami, who has lend his voice to several Bollywood songs, will be seen trying his hand at qawwali for the first time in his upcoming song 'Bhar Do Jholi Meri' in 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'.

The playback singer recently landed in Mumbai to launch the song and discussed why this song is a different kind of romantic number.

Whilst interacting with the media, the 41-year-old singer said, "Yes, it is a fact that I love singing romantic numbers, however, this song is a different kind of romance and this one is romance with the almighty."

He continued that he has always sung romantic tracks in his albums and movies, however, his heart and soul lies with the almighty.

 

Adnan will be seen sharing screen space with lead actor Salman Khan in the song video which is an adaptation of a qawwali sung by the Sabri Brothers.

The movie is directed by Kabir Khan and is scheduled to hit the theatres on July 15, 2015.
