This Friday was indeed a day for Taapsee Pannu's upcoming film 'Naam Shabana.'
Launched in Twitter India's office last evening, the movie is a prequel to Neeraj Pandey's 2015 film 'Baby.'
"This picture is on the back-story of the role of Taapsee in 'Baby'. This movie will show how Taapsee's character Shabana Khan gets into the intelligence and how things go forward," said Manoj Bajpayee, who will play Taapsee's senior, talking about her past life and how she can contribute for Indian secret services.
Directed by Shivam Nair, 'Naam Shabana' will shed light on the life of Shabana, Akshay Kumar's mostly silent but obedient junior officer in 'Baby.
