When asked to respond on the developments on bilateral talks taking place between India and Pakistan, Advani said, "It is not merely the question of India-Pakistan talks; terrorism is a problem by itself."
"Even those countries which tried to use terrorism as an instrument of war, today realised that they have suffered the most, because of the use of terrorism as an instrument of hostility towards a neighbour," he added.
Besides, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other national leaders like Congress president Sonia Gandhi, former prime minister Manmohan Singh also paid homage to the martyrs of 13/12 attacks on Parliament.
The attack had killed 14 people including five terrorists and six Delhi Police personnel.
