Nawaz says vigorous military action against Taliban possible if talks fail

Sharif reaffirmed that strict military actions wouldn't be limited to Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan, and will extend to those groups also that targets the country externally

Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said they are considering a more vigorous police and military action against the Taliban, if negotiations failed.

In his meeting with the United States Secretary John Kerry, Sharif accepted that the terror group was a threat to Pakistan's existence, Dawn News reports.

Sharif reaffirmed that strict military actions wouldn't be limited to Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), and will extend to those militant groups also that targets the country externally.
