With just a glimpse of his talent in the trailer of 'Manjhi
Based on the real-life story, the film depicts the tale of Dashrath Manjhi, a poor labourer, who hailed from a small village in Bihar to make passage for villagers seeking medical attention by cutting through a mountain, reported the Dawn.
In the trailer, the 41-year-old actor is seen transforming from a devoted husband to an obsessed man challenging the mountain.
Talking about the film, the 'Kick' star said that it took him one and a half month to detach himself from the role he played in the movie.
Directed by Ketan Mehta, the movie will hit the theaters on August 21.
