The Bihar Police on Sunday raided the residence of Tilka Manjhi University's proctor Vilakshan Ramdas and arrested a Naxal.
The police also arrested the proctor for alleged links with the Naxals and is interrogating him to get further details of the case.
The police conducted raids in several hostels of the University.
