A long raged speculation on the privates of the Nazi dictator surfaced again in the light of the medical records from 1923 .The records proved that Hitler had an undescended testicle on the right side.

The records were thought to be lost but were promptly confiscated by the Bavarian government when they surfaced at an auction in 2010.

Dr Josef Steiner Brin, Landsberg Prison's medical officer, stated that Adolf Hitler, suffered from 'right-side cryptorchidism' but was otherwise 'healthy and strong'

Cryptorchidism is a common birth defect that occurs when the testicle fails to descend properly and is often associated with low fertility. This could be a possible reason why Furor had no children, although reports say it does not impact on sufferer's sex life.

The records confirm there was an element of truth to the popular rhyme written and sung by British soldiers and generations of schoolchildren.

'Hitler has only got one ball, Goring has two but very small, Himmler has something similar but poor old Goebbels has no balls at all.
