A Nazi-obsessed man who even named his son Adolf Hitler was a wife-beating tyrant, his wife has revealed.

Heath Campbell's wife Cathy Bowlby told the New York Daily News that he claimed that his mother was raped and he was the evil seed that was planted inside her.

She said that during the couple's stormy, 3-year marriage, Campbell regularly punched, choked, raped and even threatened to kill her.

She asserted that one of Campbell's favourite activities was taking her to a local cemetery to show where he was going to bury her when he killed her.

Bowlby said that early in the relationship, when she was pregnant, Campbell knocked her down - causing her to have a miscarriage.

He also used a bull-shaped ring such as brass knuckles, and punched her in the head and chest, leaving nasty puncture marks.

Bowlby also wasn't allowed to go outside by herself and her husband nailed the windows to make sure that she couldn't escape, he didn't allow her to watch TV shows, making cartoons the only exception, as he didn't want her to see other men.
