Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Monday criticized the NDA government's 100 days in office, saying it has been a failure.
"I agree that the new government has been a failure. You should ask them about the prices, have they gone down?" asked Gandhi.
She also slammed Akhilesh Yadav-led Samajwadi Party government for not providing adequate water and power facilities in the villages of Rae Bareli.
"There are two primary issues here and those are that of water and power. There is no provision of water and electricity in these villages," said Gandhi.
Gandhi began her visit earlier today with the launch of several public welfare schemes.
Gandhi is scheduled to visit several villages in her parliamentary constituency during which she is expected to directly interact with people and enquire about their problems.
