A dance fitness workout has been started in Berkeley, which is basically a mix of Bollywood and workout.
The new workout, named BollyX, draws from Bollywood's music and dance, ABC News reported.
President and co-founder, Minal Mehta, said that one 50-minute BollyX session could burn about 500 - 800 calories.
Classes of the new trend are being offered in Boston, New York, Richmond, Va., San Francisco and Chicago and expansion plans include Philadelphia, Los Angeles and New Jersey.
