The excellent app helps beginners learn how and why to adopt this important practice, which can help both mental and physical health.
According to CNET, the app is great for lowering stress, and the app includes more than 40 guided-meditation tracks, all of them categorized by mood or activity: traveling, going to bed, feeling stressed, etc.
Buddhism 2 is currently on sale for the introductory price of 1.99 dollars.
