A new dating site catering to young Muslims has been launched.
The site, Hipstershaadi.com, allows young Muslims to find their match on their own terms, the Christian Science Monitor reported.
According to the site's Facebook page, it is aimed at catering to the people who are "tired of all the 'possibilities' the aunties keep bringing up at every get-together".
Several users revealed that finding a Muslim who matches their level of piety has been a daunting task.
The project was created by Sheereen Nourollahi, an Iranian-American, and Humaira Mubeen, a Pakistani-American, who said that the site provides a space to come, maybe not for marriage, but at least to "test the waters".
