With 'The Simpsons' being fan's favourite, a new search engine has been created to match up quotes from the hit sitcom with their corresponding still frames.
The search engine which is known as Frinkiac has been named after the four-fingered scientist Professor Fink, reports News.com.au.
The search engine has been created by three pals Sean Schulte, Paul Kehrer and Allie Young.
Talking about the engine, Schulte said that they had this idea several years ago when they were quoting 'The Simpsons' at each other all day long and it was surprisingly difficult to find an image of the scenes they were quoting on Google.
He added the majority of the code was written in about a week, to parse the video files and upload them to the server and index them and search them.
To match screenshots with the quotes, Frinkiac analyses subtitle files and then lines up time codes between words and images.
As of now the search engine only covers seasons one to 15.
