The 49-year-old actor was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills, where he was driving solo in a vintage BMW, reports E! Online.
Martinez was captured wearing sunglasses and a gray T-shirt and one thing that was noticeably missing was his wedding ring.
Berry called off their relationship, citing irrevocable differences as a reason for their split in her divorce filing.
