News anchor Jill Abramson recently spoke about her dismissal from the New York Times, refusing to remove her signature Times 'T' tattoo.
Addressing as a commencement speaker at Wake Forest University's graduation, Abramson said that she was privileged to lead the newsroom but would not consider removing her tattoo.
According to Huffington Post, the former news anchor counseled the graduating class of 2014 about important attributes of resilience and perseverance.
She expressed her hurt at losing a job that she loves saying that she would always be a part of journalism.
