The National Investigation Agency (NIA) court on Monday sent 12 terror suspects, who were arrested from different parts of the country last week, to police custody till February 5.
The suspects were produced at Patiala House court here today amid tight security arrangements. Several Delhi Police and SSB commandos were deployed outside the court to ensure that no untoward incident takes place.
In a massive crackdown ahead of the Republic Day celebrations, the NIA arrested over 20 suspects from different cities across the nation. Several of these suspects allegedly had links with ISIS.
