Nia Vardalos is reuniting with the stars and producers of 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding' for its sequel.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 51-year-old actress, who'll be reprising her role as the Greek-American woman, has written the script, while John Corbett reprises his role as her non-Greek lover and Playtone, HBO and Gold Circle resume as developers for the project.
Though the director hasn't been finalized, the story will involve disclosure of a family secret and a new wedding, which will be even bigger and fatter than the last one, bringing the Greek clan together again.
The 2002 film, which had grossed 241 million dollars at the domestic box office, had garnered Vardalos an Oscar nomination for best screenplay.
