Australian teenager Nick Kyrgios has reportedly admitted that his amazing Wimbledon campaign has changed his life and it would never be the same again.

Kyrgios caused one of the greatest upsets in the history of the tournament when he defeated World No. 1 Rafael Nadal on Centre Court on Tuesday, although he could not replicated that effort a day later in his four-set quarterfinal loss against Canada's Milos Raonic.

According to Sport24, following a wildcard to compete at Wimbledon this year, the 19-year-old's ranking would jump next week from 144 to around 70, which means that he would fulfill his ambition of getting automatic entry into the Grand Slams and most other ATP tournaments.

Kyrgios said that it was his goal to be top 100 at the end of the year, adding that it gives him a chance to have a really good schedule, play some tour events, and don't worry about Futures and Challengers so much anymore.

Kyrgios also said that it has been the best couple weeks of his life and he never though that he would ever make it to quarterfinals of Wimbledon and beat Nadal on Centre Court.

The Australian said that it has all happened pretty fast, adding that he woke up in the morning and it had sunk in and that is something that no one can take away from him.

Kyrgios further said that he has noticed the change in the last two days, adding that in the first day he was walking around the crowds and no one noticed him at all and then the next morning everyone started noticing him.
