Richard Nixon has claimed in the newly-released series of White House recordings that none of the smart girls swear.
The former 37th U.S. President believed that men swearing showed "masculinity" while women dropping the F-bombs lose "all femininity," the New York Post reported.
Nixon mentioned in the tapes that people would tolerate a drunken man who swears and would see it as a sign of masculinity or some other damn thing, in fact everybody does it.
He further added that women who used foul languages were an "awful unattractive people", as they lose their femininity.
The new tapes also showed how the incredibly blunt president was prone to ripping his national security adviser Henry Kissinger, one of his most trusted confidantes, behind the diplomat's back.
