Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was denied entry to the Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital here when he came to meet family members of a ex-serviceman, who allegedly committed suicide over the One Rank One Pension scheme (OROP) issue at Jantar Mantar yesterday.

Seventy-year-old ex-serviceman Ram Kishan Grewal was protesting against anomalies in the One Rank One Pension (OROP) scheme, and allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison in the lawns behind Jawahar Bhawan in New Delhi on Tuesday night.

Grewal purportedly left a suicide note, saying that he was taking his life due to the delay in meeting of army veterans.
