Madhya Pradesh Congress chief Kantilal Bhuria on Saturday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of bringing down the development of the state, while asserting that the state's law and order situation has worsened during their rule.

"Madhya Pradesh had moved 10 years ahead in terms of development, but after BJP came to power, it has gone back 15 years. Today, there is no law and order in the state. Women are not safe in the state. This will come to an end tomorrow," Bhuria said on BJP's tall claim of development.

Voting in the 230-member assembly state took place on November 25, and the results are scheduled to be declared tomorrow along with the results of the polls in Rajasthan, Delhi, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram.
