The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. has denied their previous statement of filling vehicular manslaughter charges against Caitlyn Jenner, who was involved in Malibu fatal car crash.
Clarifying the reports, Sheriff said they haven't made any such recommendations for the former Olympian violating Penal Code section 192©(2) i.e. the misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter law and the L.A. County District Attorney will finally decide whether to file charges or not, TMZ.com reported.
However, if convicted Jenner will be sentenced to county jail for almost a year.
