Cheryl Cole has confirmed that she won't be returning to the hugely popular talent show 'X-factor', by shutting down the company that handled her wage from the series.
The 'Girls Aloud' singer has been a recurring judge on the show since 2008 but now appears to have cut all ties with the show for good and have no plans to return.
The company that handled her wage packet was worth £1.9 million when it was closed down and it cost £9,000 to liquidate it, reports The Sun.
An insider said, "Cheryl isn't going back onto the panel, even as a guest judge," an insider tells The Sun Online exclusively.
"She's moving forward and currently has no plans to return."
"She had a great few years working on The X Factor - she won it twice - but currently, she's looking ahead and the focus next year will be all about her music."

Since joining the talent series, Cole has won the show twice with Alexandra Burke and Joe McElderry. She then returned in 2014 for two more series of the UK series.
The singer and her partner One Direction Liam Payne, 24, welcomed their son Bear in March this year.
The judges for this year's series will be Simon, Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Nicole Scherzinger. Alesha Dixon has also stepped in to cover for Sharon and Nicole while they've been kept busy with other work commitments.
