The no poaching agreement, struck among companies including Apple, Google and Adobe, restricting the companies from hiring each others' workers, might depict Steve Jobs as a 'bad guy'.

Tech workers, who have filed a lawsuit against the deal, said that this agreement drove down their wages and limited their mobility.

According to PC World, Jobs' defendants denied the accusations saying that the information is a defaming rumor planted to portray Jobs as 'a bully'.

Meanwhile they offered e-mails between Jobs and other companies as evidences to deny the allegations.

The trial is expected to be carried out in late May.
