A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLA Raj Ballabh Yadav, who has been accused of allegedly raping a minor. The warrant was issued by Bihar Sharif Court.

Raj Ballabh Yadav was yesterday suspended from the party after an arrest order was issued against Yadav after the minor girl filed a complaint of abduction and rape against him.

RJD's Bihar unit president Ram Chandra Purve had said that the party MLA has been suspended from the party with immediate effect.

Another RJD leader Ashok Sinha assured that strict action would be initiated against Yadav if he is found to be guilty.

A 15-year-old girl has filed a complaint against the RJD MLA and accused him of kidnapping and raping her on February 6. The authorities have launched a probe into the case.
