Golfer Greg Norman said that he had a premonition about the chainsaw accident in which he nearly lost his left hand.
He said that as he was readying his chainsaw, he felt that something bad was going to happen but carried on with the task of chopping the tree branches, reported the BBC. The 59-year-old Australian said that he felt extremely lucky after escaping the injury.
Norman is now recovering at home and hopes to hold a putter within three weeks and play golf next month.
He injured himself while cutting some tree branches on Saturday afternoon at his property in Jupiter Island, Florida.
