Head Constable Ram Kumar killed in Karkardooma Court complex firing and two others were injured when unidentified gunmen opened fire inside the Court premises.
"There were four-five people out of which three of them were arrested. One or two escaped from the spot. I was present here when it happened," said one of the lawyer present at the court.
The firing happened inside Court room number 73.
