Orlando Bloom has kept his three-bedroom, two-bathroom New York luxury loft on sale for 7 million dollars.
'The Lord of the Rings' actor is selling his Sugar Loaf Building apartment in Tribeca, New York at 6.5 million NZ dollars which has exposed brick and wood that looks just like the set of 'Pirates of the Caribbean', Stuff.co.nz reported.
The property of the 38-year-old actor comes with granite-topped bar, cellar storage and remote access via smartphone or tablet for the video security intercom.
Peter Jackson used to own an apartment upstairs from Bloom's until he sold it to Taylor Swift late last year.
