Former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah called the OROP declaration on Saturday a failure.
"Review every 5 years - rejected. One man commission - Rejected, VRS takers omitted - Rejected, starting years proposed - Rejected. #OROPfail," tweeted Omar Abdullah after the announcement by the NDA government on the One Rank One Pension scheme.
"If the Ex-servicemen are rejecting 6 out of the Defence Minister's 7 announcements how can the Govt claim to have implemented #OROP?" Abdullah added.
Congress leader Shashi Tharoor retweeted the same.
