Pakistan-England series to take place in UAE

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Thursday announced the schedule for the upcoming series against England, which will be taking place in the United Arab Amirates (UAE) from October to November.

The tour will begin with two warm-up games followed by three Tests, four ODIs and finally three Twenty20s, Sport24 reported.

PCB chairman Shahryar Khan said that they were happy to be hosting England and they expect that the series would produce cricket of very a high standard.

The first Test has been scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi from October 13, the second to be hosted in Dubai from October 22 and the third to be played in Sharjah from November 1.

 

The one-day internationals are scheduled for November 11 and 13 in Abu Dhabi, November 17 at Sharjah and November 20 at Dubai.

The two teams will lock horns in the T20s starting from November 26 in Dubai, the second on November 27 and the final match to be played in Sharjah on November 30.
