Veteran Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader L.K. Advani on Thursday said that the Parivartan Rath Yatra in Bihar is a programme of the party's state unit and would be managed and staged by it.
"It is the program of Bihar's BJP unit. It is up to them how they want to stage it," Advani told media here.
The BJP is all set to undertake a 'Parivartan Rath Yatra' ahead of the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections.
Calling it the 'Parivartan Rath yatra', the BJP's high-tech election team aim to reach out to the state's 6.5 crore electorate through one lakh assembly meetings in 100 days to spread the message of change.
