West Indies swashbuckling opener Chris Gayle, who is known for living a chilled-out life off the pitch, has already left his mark and is on an exploring spree after the West Indies superstar landed in Sydney to prepare for the World Cup.

Following his arrival in Australia, Gayle posted snaps on social media of visiting stadium Australia shortly after touching down, cheering on the Socceroos as they won the Asian Cup final, exploring Darling Harbour and Bondi Beach and, of course, the inside of some nightclubs, News.com.au reported.

West Indies will open their World Cup campaign against Ireland on February 16 at Saxton Field in Nelson.
