A Nashville pastor's wife has reportedly joined 'Strip Church' as she claims that 'God sent her a message' to encourage her to 'feed the strippers'.
Erin Stevens, the wife of a Nashville pastor, has launched her own ministry under the organization Strip Church, and has visited various strip clubs in the area, using her nonjudgmental approach to help women in the sex industry find a way out without condemnation or religious conversion, the New York Daily News reported.
According to Fox News, Stevens revealed that during a 21-day fast, nearly one year ago, she received a message from God urging her to "Go and feed the strippers".
She visits strip clubs throughout the Nashville area twice a month and carries home-cooked meals for the women, along with moral support and counseling.
Since Strip Church's launch, the organization has spread to more than 40 churches in the U.S.
