Paul Simon to be honored for career and charity work at Carnegie Hall benefit

Paul Simon is set to be honored for his career achievements and charity work at Carnegie Hall, in New York.

The 72-year-old American musician will be celebrated with a series of tribute performances as part of the venue's annual music education benefit, which aims to raise funds for underprivileged youths, on March 31, 2014, Contactmusic reported.

Simon is currently prepares to embark on a North American tour with 'Sting'.
