Paul Walker's wife Rebecca Soteros has apparently taken her daughter Meadow's custody after the actor's mum Cheryl Walker filed to become the 15-year-old's legal guardian.
A source told E! News that as a result of a family meeting yesterday, an agreement was made between the parties and attorneys in the case and the good news is that things were getting better for everyone involved, the Mirror reported.
The insider added that Meadow will live with her mother and they will get a place in California and the agreement does involve both the guardianship and estate issues.
Cheryl's lawyer, Bela G. Lugosi said that the teenager is said to be happy with the agreement and actor's mother won't gain any control, despite 'The Fast and the Furious' star stated in his will that he wanted his mother to be her guardian.
Lugosi also confirmed that parties involved are trying to resolve whatever the issues are so that this matter goes off calendar.
