People's Democratic Party spokesman and Youth President Waheed-urRehman Para on Friday said former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah was indulging only in meaningless tweets to attract media attention.

Para said, "PDP is not interested in the spying business and no journalist was asked a question by police. As he enjoys top most security, everybody who enters his home, is subjected to some security clearance. It has been there for years since Abdullah was home minister."

Speaking to ANI, Para said, "Why would a state government be interested in spying on Omar Abdullah. Everybody knows what is the position of the National Conference.
