Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) patriarch L.K. Advani on Saturday said the people of the country already know the outcome of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, and added that the Congress-led UPA Government will surely fall when results are declared.
"There wasn't any election in the country like these elections are going to be. The people have no doubt about the outcome of these elections," Advani said while addressing the BJP workers meet.
Taking a dig at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Advani said people who believeD that he can become PM once again are very brave.
"People know that when the result for these elections will be announced on May 16, then the UPA Government will surely fall. I can say with full confidence that this government is going to fall very soon. A change is about to come," said Advani.
"When people are talking about corruption, they are talking about other things. I wonder if they still have the ability to talk about other things. Who is there to think about these things? Does Manmohan Singh ever think?" he added.
He said the biggest crime other than indulging in corruption is to use public institutions to run the government.
"The most important person in a government is only the Prime Minister. But they have reduced this post to almost nothing. And in place of that you appoint A Congress president. This has led to massive loss to the country," he added.
"They have lost their will power to win this time. They don't have the confidence that they have a shot at winning these elections," he said.
He also praised Modi and said he has immense skills in managing events which he translated into the political arena.
