Peps Industries Pvt. Ltd., India's top-selling spring mattress manufacturing company celebrated its 2nd Peps Wake Up Day 5k Run at Cubbon Park, Bengaluru today. Over 1200 people across all age groups participated in this unique event.
Featuring a 5-kilometre run, the celebrations included a rejuvenating yoga session. Both the activities were supported by renowned health and fitness experts Total Yoga. While everyone celebrated World Sleep Day on 15th March, Peps Wake Up Day took place the next day. This event embodied the brand philosophy of 'Dream Makers', which urges young people to and take on challenges in order to achieve their dreams and aspirations of a greater purpose.
"When we started Wake Up Day last year, the goal was to go beyond the conventional celebration of Sleep Day and to Dare the participants to Wake up and achieve their dreams.
