Dr. Shaleen Mathur, a lawyer by profession, has shown everyone what a true dog lover should be, when he helped a paralyzed street dog move with the help of a self-made trolley.
Dr. Mathur has pursued the love for animals with utmost passion.
He made the trolley with the few resources available to him, and is hopeful of coming up with a better trolley in the future.
Dr. Mathur says he is committed to giving the animals a new lease in life.
