The Crown Prosecution Service has said that the former Bury Football Club manager Neville Neville, 63, will be charged with allegations of sexual assault following a review of evidence gathered during a complaint by a 46-year-old woman about the attack in Bury in March.
The father of premier league footballers Gary and Phil Neville had been arrested over allegations of sexual assault but had been bailed until May pending further inquiries, the BBC reports.
According to the report, Neville is due to appear at Bury Magistrates' Court on 12th June.
The assault had taken place in the early hours in the North Manor area of Bury following which the Greater Manchester police officials questioned Neville and began probing the matter.
The former football agent was released on bail on account of pending inquiries but he will now face charges of indecent assault.
