The former model, who accused Bill Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, has dropped her lawsuit against the disgraced comedian.

Federal court records show Chloe Goins, who was just a teenager when Cosby allegedly forced himself upon her at a party, dismissed her civil complaint against the 78-year-old actor without explanation, the Daily Mail reported.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office declined to file criminal charges in the case at the end of last year, and now 27-year-old Goins herself has ended her legal action.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Craig Karlan ordered the embattled entertainer to give a second half-day deposition in the case of a woman accusing him of sexually assaulting her in 1974 at the Playboy Mansion when she was 15 years old.

'I want to order Mr. Cosby to sit for another deposition at his cost,' Karlan said at a hearing in Santa Monica.

Cosby is currently fighting similar sexual assault claims from more than 50 women. The comedian and his legal representatives have consistently denied all allegations.
