Prime Minister Narendra Modi has accepted the resignation of Dr. R.K. Pachauri from the PM's Council on Climate Change.
Pachauri's resignation comes in the wake of him facing allegation of sexual harassment from a woman employee.
Pachauri, who has got anticipatory bail from a local court in Delhi, has been granted protection from arrest till March 28.
