Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday expressed his delight over the impressive result of the students in the 10th and 12th board examinations in his adopted village Jayapur in Uttar Pradesh and congratulated the kids.
"This news from Jayapur in my Parliamentary Constituency is very heartening. Congrats to these youngsters," the Prime Minister tweeted.
Several students from Jayapur scored above 90 percent in their 10th and 12th board examinations.
Prime Minister Modi had chosen Jayapur as part of the Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana introduced for lawmakers in November last year.
