Prime Minister Narendra Modi met his Singapore counterpart Lee Hsien Loong today after he called on President Tony Tan Keng Yam following a ceremonial welcome at Istana, the Presidential Palace.
Singapore's emeritus senior minister Goh Chok Tong also called on Prime Minister Modi.
"A true ambassador of #IndiaSingapore ties. Emeritus senior minister Goh Chok Tong calls on PM @narendramodi," Ministry of External Affairs official spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted.
Prime Minister Modi will also address the India-Singapore Economic Convention and interact with Chief Executive Officers of several companies.
Both Prime Ministers will also release a joint stamp to mark the 50 years of diplomatic relation of India and Singapore.
Prime Minister Modi will also visit the Institute of Technical Education which offers course in vocational study in Singapore.

Before wrapping up his visit, he will address Indian Diaspora at Singapore Expo in which over 20 thousand people have registered themselves.
The Prime Minister will return to New Delhi ahead of the winter session of the Parliament that begins on November 26.
