Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that Bihar has decided to vote for development in the upcoming assembly elections, and added that nobody would be able to stop the victory march of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

"I thank people for large turnout. Turnout shows the support we have. We will prove pundits wrong.I can see this very clearly that people of Bihar have decided to vote for development in the assembly elections..Nobody can stop this victory march now, no matter how many parties get together," Prime Minister Modi said in his address at a rally here.

Prime Minister Modi further dubbed the alliance between RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and Bihar Minister Nitish Kumar as political opportunism.

He also accused the Congress of imprisoning veteran social activist Jai Prakash Narayan.

"Jai Prakash Narayan ji had started a fight against corruption. Congress party and their government imprisoned him..Those who take the name of Jai Prakash Narayan, shared stage with those who imprisoned him," the Prime Minister said.

Prime Minister Modi also demanded that the Janata Pariwar should give an account of its 'work' done in Bihar over the last 25 years.

"Those who have ruled the state for 25 years, they must give an account of the work done by them but they are questioning me," said Modi.

He also accused the Nitish Kumar-led Government in Bihar of not using the funds allocated by the Centre for state's development.

"Now Nitish ji is only using Rs 2.7 lakh crore. So where is the Rs 1.6 lakh crore going. Will this go for "chaara"?," he said in his address.

In his previous address, Prime Minister Modi had announced a package of Rs. 1.65 lakh crore for Bihar.
