Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address four election rallies in the poll bound state of Haryana today.

He will be holding rallies in Mahendergarh, Rohtak, Sonipat and Jagadahri.

Earlier, while addressing a rally yesterday in Maharashtra's Nagpur, Prime Minister Modi promised that if brought to power in the upcoming elections in Maharashtra, the BJP would provide the people of the state with essential skills, adding that the Congress party had only scammed the state.

"Since coming to power, the Congress party has only given you scam Maharashtra. If brought into power, we will give you skilled Maharashtra," he said.

In another rally at Sindkheda he allayed fears and reassured people about Mumbai remaining part of Maharashtra as he added, ""Is there anyone born who can divide Chhatrapati Shivaji's Maharashtra? Without Mumbai there is no Maharashtra, without Maharashtra there is no India."

Haryana will go to polls on October 15 along with Maharashtra while the counting in both states will be held on October 19.
