Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger's men were captured in all their costume glory in a video posted online by goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny, according to reports.
According to Metro.co.uk, midfielder Santi Cazorla came as video game character Mario, Lukas Podolski turned up as the Hulk (not the Porto one) and Ryo Miyaichi was Fred Flintstone, rather than Flintoff, with Szczesny as Robocop.
The goalkeeper himself, meanwhile, goes for Robocop, having already dressed up as an elf earlier in the day, the report said.
The Gunners lead the Premier League after a superb start to the season, surprising many with their grit and quality over the last few months, the report added.
They definitely deserve to unwind over the festive period, and the squad dressed up and hopped on a bus (presumably a private one) on Wednesday night to head to their annual Christmas party, the report further said.
