Poll reveals what Americans think about Jesus' take on issues

A new poll has revealed what Americans think Jesus would feel about the critical issues in their country.

According to the poll, 55 percent of Americans support gay marriage, and only 32 percent believed that Jesus would be in favor of same-sex unions, the Huffington Post reported.

The second in the list was that Jesus would oppose legal abortion 52 percent of Americans believed that Jesus would oppose legal abortion, and 20 percent believe he would support it.

Jesus would not support the death penalty for murderers was next in the list whereas a majority of Americans themselves support the death penalty for murderers, with the lowest support demonstrated at 18 percent of those who pray once a week and the highest support among the wealthy.

 

Others point in the list included that Jesus would support reducing carbon emissions, Jesus would not support high taxes on the wealthy and Jesus would not support stricter gun laws.
