Pope Francis recently said that kids should not waste time online as they spend lot of time on futile activities, such as the Internet and TV.
Whilst addressing to 50,000 German youngsters, the pontiff asserted that life was made up of time, and time was a gift from God, so it was imperative that it should be used in good and fruitful actions, CNet reported.
The 77-year-old Pope said that chatting on the Internet or with smartphones, watching TV soap operas, and using the products of technological progress, distracted attention away from what was really important instead of simplifying and improving the quality of life.
