Paul McCartney once again proved that he is no doubt a true rocker as he recently played a three hour long 40 song set for his fans at London's O2 arena.

The former Beatles member gave a power pack performance opening with 1964's 'Eight Days A Week' and then took the audience through his storied career playing classics from his former music group, Contactmusic reported.

The 72-year-old rocker also treated his fans by playing anthems 'Live and Let Die' and 'Band on the Run' echoing through the venue and also rarer tracks such as 'Another Day' and his first solo single.

McCartney was also joined by Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl on stage later to help the singer out on guitar for Beatles classic 'I Saw Her Standing There'.
